Also, I'd like to give a shout-out to an "idea-generating" tool that a friend of mine has just released -- it's called "Mutapic" and it takes shapes, icons, imported art and mixes and blends and mutates them into multiple variations ... I'm hoping that it will improve my backgrounds and layout/compositions. I used it today, not for the final artwork, but to kick start my ideas ... I don't know how much of an influence it had on this piece, but I think it is a great tool. Try it and see what you think.

I love this. It reminds me of my son's math tests when he was little. He'd do them at breakneck speed, correct or not, then turn the paper over so he could make elabortae doodles on the back. That's my boy! :)

I don't know, I think you're being a bit hard on yourself. This is pretty funny and it certainly strikes a chord with me, a consummate doodler throughout my entire academic career (yes, even college). And your math, while not correct, is very consistent. Your "teacher" should have at least given you a point or two for that.
